The K2 Base camp and Gondogoro La trek is an exciting journey in the Karakoram Range
of Pakistan. It takes you to the base of K2, the second-highest mountain globally, and through the
Gondogoro La Pass. The trek offers stunning views of high peaks and is known for its challenging
terrain. You’ll experience the raw beauty of the Karakoram wilderness and a mix of adventure and
cultural exploration. It’s an extraordinary trek for those seeking both natural wonders and a taste
of local culture.

Itinerary
Arrive in Skardu transfer to your accommodations, rest, and acclimate to the altitude. Explore Skardu City on yor own and make final preparations.
Today, we embark on a picturesque jeep ride along the treacherous Indus River. The journey covers 6-7 hours and takes us to Askole, the last village before entering the wilderness of the Karakoram Range. Overnight stay will be in a camp.
Begin your trek towards the famous Baltoro Glacier. After crossing the snaking Braldu River on a cable bridge, we trek for approximately 7 hours to reach Jhula. Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding peaks and set up camp for the night.
Today's trek takes us through the breathtaking landscapes of the Baltoro Glacier. Walk alongside gushing streams and towering granite cliffs. After a challenging 6-7 hours, we reach Paiju, where we set up camp for the night.
Take a day to rest and acclimatize to the altitude at Paiju. Enjoy the serene surroundings and prepare for the upcoming days of the trek. Explore the area and get mesmerized by the stunning views of the nearby peaks.
Entering the Baltro Glacier start within an hour when we trek from Paiju towards khuburtse. Experience walk over the glacier around 6 hrs and night will be in front of stunning glacier and the beautiful Paiju peak.
Resume the trek and continue your ascent along the Baltoro Glacier. Marvel at the majestic views of Paiju Peak and the Trango Towers. After approximately 6-7 hours, we reach Urdukas, where we set up camp for the night.
Today's trail offers stunning views of the Great Trango Towers and UliBiaho Towers, Mustaqu tower, Mashabrum peak and so many others, Trek for around 6-7 hours to reach Goro II, located at the foot of the massive Concordia. Set up camp and enjoy a well-deserved rest.
Trek approx 4-5 hrs through the vast and surreal landscape of the Baltoro Glacier towards Concordia, the "Throne Room of the Mountain Gods." Marvel at the panoramic views of K2, Broad Peak and many other peaks, overnight stay at Concordia camp.
A thrilling day awaits as we trek towards the iconic K2 Base Camp. Walk alongside the Godwin Austen Glacier, passing Snow Dome and Broad Peak. After approximately 4-5 hours, we reach the base camp of the world's second-highest peak. exploring the area and capturing theaweinspiring views of K2 Base camp , in the way visit K2 memorial. Spend night at K2 Base camp.
Morning: after breakfast Explore K2 Base camp, take in the breathtaking views, and capture memories. Begin the trek back towards Broad Peak approx 2 hrs and get relaxed for the rest of the day.
Leaving Broad Peak with unforgettable memories to Shaghrin camp towards Gasherbrum, Approximately 7-8 hours reach to Shaghrin camp, overnight stay at camps.
After breakfast we will heading to another marvel of Karakoram, it’s a Gasherbrum I (8,080m) & GII (8,035m) Approximately 7-8 hours reach to campsite, overnight stay at camps.
Leaving Gashabrum with unforgettable memories towards Ali camp to crossed the Gondogoro pass, Approximately 5-6 hours reach Ali camp where we have some hour to rest.
Today marks the pinnacle of our adventure as we cross the challenging Gondogoro La Pass. Start early at night and ascend towards the pass, from where you can witness breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks including 8ks and many others, descend carefully to Khuspang Camp and set up camp for the night infront of the most beautiful Laila peak 6096 meters.
Resume our descent through the beautiful Gondogoro Glacier. Pass through the green meadows, crossing streams and see Spectacular Dalsangpa Lake, approximately 6-7 hours of trekking, we reach Saicho where we set up the last camp for the night.
Complete the final stretch of our trek and descend to Hushe the last village of our adventure. Celebrate the successful completion of this amazing journey with the locals and enjoy their hospitality, overnight stay will be in a Hotel.
After breakfast, bid farewell to the stunning Karakoram Range and drive back to Skardu. Check into your hotel and take the rest of the day to relax and recover from the challenging trek.
After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to the Skardu International Airport for your onward journey optional to stay in skardu on your own expenses.
