Itinerary

Meet our representative at the airport and transfer to hotel. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a short city tour or relax and prepare for the journey north.

Travel along the famous Karakoram Highway to Hunza Valley, with stops for photos at Nanga Parbat viewpoint and Rakaposhi. Overnight in Karimabad.

A thrilling 4–5 hour jeep ride through narrow gorges and along steep cliffs leads to the remote Shimshal village. Meet the trekking crew and camp overnight.

Begin trekking along the Shimshal River through narrow valleys and suspension bridges. Camp at Furzin surrounded by rocky cliffs.

Gradual ascent along the river, passing through yak pastures. Enjoy panoramic views of surrounding peaks before camping at Arbab Purien.

Trail continues toward high meadows and glacial streams. Yak herders’ huts and wildflowers make this a beautiful day.

Reach Shimshal Pass — an alpine plateau with views of Minglik Sar and Yazghil Glacier. Camp beside a serene lake.

Optional hike to Minglik Sar Base Camp or explore yak pastures and surrounding glaciers.

Descend back through the same scenic route, retracing steps along the river valley.

Return to lower altitude, crossing suspension bridges and enjoying changing landscapes.

Arrive back at Shimshal village. Celebrate the successful trek with the local community.

Return drive from Shimshal to Hunza, with free evening for shopping or rest.

Visit Baltit and Altit Forts, Duikar viewpoint, and Karimabad bazaar. Overnight stay in Hunza.

Full-day drive on Karakoram Highway back to Islamabad. Overnight stay in hotel.

Transfer to airport for your international flight. End of services.
