SummitK2 Trek and Tours is a registered travel and adventure company based in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, offering trekking, expeditions, cultural tours, and custom travel services across Pakistan.

2.Booking and Payments

  • A deposit (usually 30%) is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip, as agreed in your confirmation invoice.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or online methods approved by the company.
  • All travelers must provide accurate personal details and valid identification documents.

3.Cancellations and Refunds

  • f you cancel your booking 30 days or more before departure, 70% of your deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (road closures, weather conditions, political unrest), SummitK2 Trek and Tours reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the trip.
  • Refunds in such cases will be handled fairly, but administrative costs and non-recoverable expenses may apply.

4.Health and Fitness

Participants must ensure they are physically fit for the chosen trek or expedition. Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed to the company before booking.
The company is not responsible for health issues arising from altitude, fitness level, or personal negligence.

5.Travel Insurance

All participants are required to have valid travel and medical insurance that covers trekking, mountaineering, rescue, and evacuation in case of emergency. The company may request proof of insurance before departure.

6.Risks and Responsibility

Adventure travel in remote mountain regions involves certain risks, including natural disasters, altitude sickness, and unpredictable weather.
While SummitK2 Trek and Tours takes every precaution for safety, participants travel at their own risk.
The company and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

7.Passport, Visa, and Permits

Travelers are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa, and necessary trekking or climbing permits.
SummitK2 Trek and Tours can assist with documentation, but final responsibility lies with the traveler.

Travelers must respect local laws, traditions, and cultures during their stay in Pakistan.
Unethical or unlawful behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
